Monitoring your eating habits is the most effective way of lowering and maintianing cholestrol levels

To lower fat intake , avoid fried foods and sweets like cakes, pastries,chocolates and mithais.

Limit the use of butter with toast and sandwiches. Instead use chutneys without coconut.
